"Tricia at Bruce Fujan Agency helped me get logged into an exceptionally challenging Drive Safe and Save app. This activity took more than an hour to accomplish and took VERY extreme effort to finally speak with a human after going around and around with online prompts, online chats, password reset attempts, and on and on! I was most impressed with Tricia’s patience and professionalism. I can certainly NOT say the same for the web site and customer service - or lack thereof! The information technology clearly needs to be scrapped and set up to be more sensible and user friendly. Thanks again to Tricia!"
